La camera “del pozzo” è stata così denominata perché durante i lavori di ristrutturazione è venuto alla luce un antico pozzo di recupero delle acque piovane, rivestito in pietra, creato nelle intercapedini del fabbricato. Negli anni 1700/1800 i proprietari (dei nobili) utilizzavano il pozzo per i normali usi domestici, A quell’epoca pochi potevano permettersi di avere una riserva di acqua in casa.
